Heather Bierner
CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER | PSYCHIC MEDIUM | ENERGY HEALER
Welcome to my journey of self-discovery and awakening. In 2023, I learned that I am so much more than just a mother, veteran, or Christian. Embracing yoga as a practice opened my eyes to my true self as a healer, medium, and intuitive being. Here, I celebrate the beauty of our individual journeys, free of judgment, as we all navigate this human experience together.

I was born in Florida. Being an Army brat, my family and I travelled all over the US. After high school, I joined the USAF, serving active duty for 6 years as an aircraft mechanic, traveling all over the world. When I left the service, I studied automotive technology and power generation. In 2016 I married my sweet husband and spent the next 8 years raising our babies. In the spring of 2024 I spent a month in Rishikesh, India earning my first YTT certification. In the fall of 2024, I discovered I could connect to passed loved ones (human and pet). It's an incredible gift that I am grateful to share with you, and that I am continuing to grow in. We all have these abilities, society has historically discouraged us from knowing about them and using them.
One of my core values, that I tell my children is, Kindness is more important than anything else in life. And my own personal motto is: Live life without fear, and fully, because that's what we're here for.

Deana Warren

In her own words...​ I am originally from Texas. I visited Arizona 4 years ago and fell in love with its beauty. I moved here in January 2024 after caring for my mother who was on hospice. She transitioned in December of 2022, then my plan to move to Arizona began. Besides Energy work, I love reading, watching spiritual and educational programs, yoga, meditation groups, sound healing groups. I love hiking, sitting with the elements and meditating. I love listening to the birds and wind chimes. I have a deep connection to nature; it soothes my soul.

From Heather: She's angelic, truly. She's one of the kindest, most authentic people I get to call my friend. Deana is one of those people who make others feel good just by being near her. She's a blessing.

In her words...
Hi, I'm Danielle, and I'm so excited to be joining Heather and Deana at Sun Salutations! I am a 40 year old, cisgender bisexual, culturally white woman of mixed descent. I am partnered to my incredible girlfriend and a bonus parent to her vibrant children. My healing journey began from my deep need for understanding what was going on in my own life and body. While I had always been mindful about my mental wellness because of childhood diagnoses and trauma, I reached a point where my pain and discord was so great it began showing up as symptoms in my physical body as well. In 2020, Dr. Nicole LePera's "How To Do The Work" and Bessel van der Kolk's "The Body Keeps the Score" launched my SelfHealing journey in earnest.
Since then I have discovered that healing is not just an intellectual process - it is also a body-based one. Our bodies remember everything we have experienced, and it is a "dance" to address the harm we may not be able to name or remember (neither is necessary to heal from it!). Somatic Activated Healing™ created by my teacher and now friend, Sah D'Simone, gave me a movement language to reestablish a relationship not only with my thinking mind, but also my feeling body.
It is a deep honour to teach from my path to yours. I have found great solace, wisdom, and relief from my chronic conditions and suffering through these modalities. I can't wait to dance with you!
