I love this book because it offers information on all the different ways we can use crystals to help us in our lives. Crystals are good for so many things! If you have an ailment, look it up in this book and you can find the corresponding crystal to help you and it will even guide as to the best way to use it for your situation. I have the paperback version as well as the digital version on my phone so I can look things up quickly.

Grounding Well
Grounding is so incredibly important. With the invention of rubber soled shoes, we lost our natural connection with the Earth. Grounding with the Earth allows our bodies to discharge positive electrons, an over abundance of which causes inflammation in the body. Inflammation causes disease, pain and sickness.
