Next, indulge in a 45-minute Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, where the healing vibrations of the bowls wash over you, soothing the mind and soul. Finally, reconnect with your body and spirit through Re-wilding Movement—a barefoot, somatic dance journey designed to free your inner rhythm and awaken a sense of playful freedom.
