Service Description
SAH Method™ classes include movement, breathwork, meditation, and affirmations. These sessions are for EVERY body and can be taken in a laying, seated, or standing position. Find your voice in a world where you're asked to be silent and small. This class will empower you to take up space, to be heard, to work through trauma wounds through moving the body. All skill levels are welcome! *If cost is an issue, this class operates on a sliding scale in order to make it accessible to all. Discuss with the teacher when you come to class if $15 is a stretch for you, we got you! We can accept cash or card in person.
